Everest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Charter Party Secretary to join an established client that will offer an outstanding remuneration package!

The successful candidate must have experience in an identical role in order to qualify and you must come with a wealth of organisational skills, the natural ability to manage a demanding workload and communicate effectively to all colleagues and customers.

General outline of the role:

Dealing with all elements of administration to a high specification of accuracy

Documentation management – to update and maintain all records in an efficient fashion

To liaise with a variety of parties involved in the Charter operations

Handling telephone calls, emails, msn and any other form of electronic / telephone communication from customers
