General outline of the role:

Our client is one of the fastest growing business communications groups in the UK, with numerous offices nationally, and they are now looking to recruit additional members to the team in Southampton. A company striving to provide the most up to date and cost effective solutions in the market place.

The successful candidate will join a small mobile phone sales team tasked with generating leads and securing appointments for the field sales team to attend, with the end goal of providing mobile phone solutions for their business. The role will encompass the early stages of the sales cycle including identifying prospects, cleansing data, and booking appointments with decision makers. The successful candidate will be in control of their own success, and the growth strategy of the company means that there are genuine opportunities to develop within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a self starting, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative. Experience of Business to business sales ideally within the mobile phone industry is desirable. This role would suit a bright and bubbly personality, someone who is a self starting, motivated individual.
