• You will have a dedicated Consultant to work with you in order to meet the needs of your business and its growth and ensure that someone specific is there to take your call when needed
• Learn about your business, so that we can provide candidates with a thorough profile
• Assist you with any interview stages – to free up your time!
• Source, screen, interview and fully represent each candidate with full CV and profile
• Work in a professional, confidential, proactive and efficient way within Best Practice, at all times

Candidates

We all appreciate that the Recruitment industry can be named as “incestuous” as everyone seems to know everyone!  This is true and this is the main reason as to why you need your Consultant to act professionally, confidentially and with the upmost discretion at all times – this is our Everest Rec2Rec promise!

• You will have a thorough discussion with your Consultant who will learn about your experiences and exact requirements for your next career move
• Your CV will not be distributed to any clients without your full permission, after each role has been discussed with you thoroughly with your personal Consultant
• You will receive written confirmation of which businesses you have been formally represented to – no clients will remain anonymous (unless at special request)
• Advice will be provided to ensure that your next career move is within the sector, level and working environment that compliments the way in which you work at your best
• You will have the opportunity to discuss the interview process thoroughly, to ensure that you are as prepared as possible
• All feedback will be provided as soon as it is received and not just the good!
